The Asia Forum for the Contemporary Art of Global Asias’ Fall Digital Gathering in November 2021 introduced a focus on the notion of liquidity—as in flux, movement, transition, and transformation—investigating the tectonic shifts in the geopolitical, socio-economic, and cultural landscape of Asia. Asia Forum Spring 2021
Asia Forum was launched in 2021 with a digital gathering in Spring that presented a roundtable with protagonists that are leaders in their field; art historian and curator, Patrick Flores, cultural anthropologist, Anna Lowenhaupt Tsing, and artists, Shilpa Gupta, Ho Tzu Nyen and Lantian Xie, followed by a working group for deeper dialogical engagement with the questions and propositions that emerge.
